It would be nice if we could protect our kids from everything that life throws at them, but we can’t.
The best thing we can do is make them strong.
Through our kid’s fitness programme, your child will develop qualities like trust, cohesion, self-accountability, and confidence, unlike anything we’ve seen elsewhere.
Using age-appropriate skills, games, challenges, and equipment we create a FUN combination of calisthenics, running, rowing, jumping, throwing, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing and lifting.
Our coaches design sessions to aid physical development and coordination to reduce risk of them having injury in sports.
Our programme is designed to create healthy habits and a regular routine that can have a huge impact for the future
Group sessions help form friendships, build team working skills and create opportunities for learning and leadership.
We see kids thrive and build confidence in their ability by exploring new challenges but also build confidence within their own skin too.
